Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €60.
International Shipping
- International shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
- You can track your order using the tracking number provided.
Shipping Address Changes

Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
Damaged Items in Transit
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@koyamacase.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
- We will evaluate the situation and make it right, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
Shipping Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing for international shipments, or other factors outside of our control.
- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), shipping may take longer than usual.
